Dear sir;
we get a notice us 148 for AY 15-16 to file return but in eproceeding tab there is no option to file return in response to notice but only give option to attach documents & explaination.
How to file return us 148 in such a case ???

Select e file tab and then select return file under section 148.
Provision available under normal ITR filing.

Sir; in new IT portal under file tab; return us 148 not available. Only 92CD & 119 condonation option is availble.

For the AY 2022-23 it's available.
Raise grivences you will be provided such option to file ITR.
