I have filed ITR for the AY 13-14 and 14-15. But I didn`t filed ITR for 12-13. Can I still file ITR for AY 12-13.

04 October 2014 No as a belated ITR can also be filed within one year of end of the relevant AY. Thus ITR for AY 2012-13 could have been filed only upto 31/03/2014 and cannot be filed now...
