Yes F.Y. 2014-15 which A.Y. 2015-16 can be file upto 31.03.2017.

You can file return of FY 2014-15 i.e., AY 2015-16 within 31.03.2016 u/s 139(4) without any penalty. You can also file return upto 31.03.2017 but subject to a penalty of Rs 5000/- (Maximum) u/s 271F.
