07 October 2014 I have filled return in 10- 11 a nd deposit tax for rs. 600 but after that we didn't filled return..now I want to file my return......what is the process .....

07 October 2014 Just go ahead and file return you can file return for AY 2013-14 onwards. Return prior to AY 2013-14 are time barred. So now file return of AY 2013-14 and AY 2014-15 and maintain continuity in future.
Remember that Return of AY 2013-14 will be subject to penalty u/s 271F. A maximum penalty may be imposed by AO.
