As per the Finance Act 2012 Specified domestic transactions over rs 5 crore is covered u/s 92E of the Act
The assessee buys certain materials from the related party and covered under the section
a) what is the due date of filing Income Tax Return
b) What is the due date of filing form 3ceb for Transaction u/s 92E
c) And above all, can the assessee file Return prior to Form 3CEB i.e. Return before 30th September and Form 3CEB after 30th September but before 30th November ??
