Dear Sir/Mam
what is the time limit against filing return.my tds was deducted in ay 12-13,that time i could not file my return,can i file return now or take refund of TDS.

yes u have to file a belated return and can claim refund

FOR A.Y. 2012-2013 LAST DATE TO FILE RETURN WAS 31ST MARCH'2014.NOW YOU CANNOT FILE YOUR RETURN TO CLAIM TDS AS REFUND.

Only way is to file u/s 119(2)b to cbdt and only after taking prior permssion from cit you can do so:
