Anyone can tell me about the date of return filing of Truet? please

Due date is as specified in 139(1).
1)31th July
2)But please note that if the excess of income over expenditure of the trust was more than (income exempt from tax) and the trust as a result was subject to mandatory audit u/s 12A, the due date of filing the ITR-7 is 30 September and not 31 July
