One of the company was incorporated on 28 march, 2014.
1. what date of return filing under income tax Act.
2. What is date of return filing under companies act.
3.Which Companies act will applicable to such companies.

02 August 2014 as on today companies act 2013 applies to all companies registered in India.

due date for income-tax return is 30 September 2014 (assuming there is no TP audit is required, which should normally be the case here)
