My widow sister was partner in her husband's firm.
She was filing income tax returns then.
After her husband's death,the firm is dissolved.
She does not have any income so stopped filing returns.
Now she earns interest on fixed deposits which is more than10000 but within non taxable limit.
Interest payer deducts her TDS.
How to get refund of it?

She can get refund by filing her Return in ITR-1.
