one hotel owner filing itr regularly till 2008 and not filing itr since 2009 onwards

As far as income tax efling you will be able to file income tax return for last 2 years only.
Also if there was taxable income then the liability of penalty u/s 271f shall arise.
you can approach income tax department, apply for sondonation of delay through an application, when they allow, you can file the same.the condonation of delay can be applied for last 6 years.
