Dr sir,
I am working in a company my salary is 25,000 per monthly. Pf and PT are deducted by company but there is no tds. Now my query is 1) I want to file my return.Can we filing our my salary return for the year 2013-14 if the limit is not exceeded? can we file or not? please clarify my query

yes u should file as there is no restrcition for the same.

well actually your income is exceeding the taxable limit (on face of it as Rs 25000 pm accumulates to Rs 3 lakhs). So first of all kindly check your taxable income computation.

if that is the case then employer must have deducted the tds on this income.
