18 July 2014 Dr sir,
I am working in a company my salary is 25,000 per monthly. Pf and PT are deducted by company but there is no tds. Now my query is 1) I want to file my return.Can we filing our my salary return for the year 2013-14 if the limit is not exceeded? can we file or not? please clarify my query

18 July 2014 well actually your income is exceeding the taxable limit (on face of it as Rs 25000 pm accumulates to Rs 3 lakhs). So first of all kindly check your taxable income computation.

20 July 2014 if that is the case then employer must have deducted the tds on this income.
