I have registered with the Dept. on 26-9-2013.
Turn Over upto 30-9-2013 was Rs 10,00,000
Is I was required to file a return for Half year ended 30-9-13.

After registration filing of return is mandatory even if no any transaction.

Dear Aryan,
Yes you were to file service tax return for half year ended.The due date for filing the return was 25th october.
However you can file the return after paying late filing fees.
