Somebody has filed ITR without known to my client. We come to notice on receiving demand from IT Department. AY - 2012-13 filed on 20/04/2013. Can you please advise how to revised return and demand.

You cant revise thia return as it is a belated return. However u can file a rectification against the notice issued.
