15 July 2011 One of my client whose return is not done after a.y 2003-2004, and he want to return his file for a.y 2010-11. can he do that?
what is the procedures please reply soon.

15 July 2011 Now returns for the assessment years 2010-11 and 2011-12 can be filed voluntarily. Returns for the earlier years can't be filed being barred by time. However, if called upon under proper notice, that returns has to be filed.
