27 November 2014 1.From April'13 to February'14 I have worked in GTPL My Gross income from Salary was Rs. 423630. Company has given me Form 16. TDs has deducted 19680/-

2.In march I have joined in PMC as consultancy service I have raised one bill, the sum of Rs.24700/ TDs has deducted Rs.2470 Company has given me a form 16A

3. Rs.60520 has deposited my LIC premium (2013-2014).
4. From April'13 to Aug'13 Rs.4500 per month was my house rent in Vasai(E), From Sept'13 to March'14 Rs.5000 per month was my house rent( Vasai E)
I want to file my return in ITR4(FY 2013-2014). Can you guide me in template with figure.

02.Show it under income from business or profession. (You can claim the expenses in connection with earning this income e.g.travelling, conveyance, bank charges, depreciation, if any
03. show lic premium under 80C
04. You need to compute HRA exemption u/s10(13A)

28 November 2014 YOU CAN FILE THE INCOME FORM SALARY RETURN AND CLAIM THE HRA AND DEDUCTION U/S 80C. IF MAY POSSIBLE YOU ALREADY INFORM TO HIS EMEPLOYER AND EMPLOYER DEDCUT THE TDS AFTER TAKING THESE.

FOR ONE BILL YOU CAN TAKE UNDER INCOME FROM PROFESSION.
