12 February 2013 Hi,
Sir I M student cum article. I have doubt about my client. He's businessperson. He's requirement that wants last 3 Years Return file?(Loan purpose)
Now, If I file the return at a time last three years. would him get the loan or not? & not what I do for sanction his loan. tell me procedure?

13 February 2013 If the Returns of Three years are filed on same day or within two three days,then automatically it means that applicant of loan is not a responsible citizen. In my opinion the loan application should be rejected.

Further system does not allow to e-file Returns for the last three years even with late fee.

13 February 2013 You can file ITR for the A.Y. 2011-12, then for A.Y. 2012-13 & then at last for A.Y. 2013-14 (coming onwards after march. Only then you can save the penalty for late filing of ITR of A.Y. 2010-11.
