29 December 2012 If u show the labour charges in the Invoice then the VAT will be applicable on the labour charges

29 December 2012 Hello Anil,
VAT is not applicable on labour charges, however if you transact in works contract and you are not issuing separate bill for the labour charge then VAT is applicable on whole works contract price.
