18 October 2016 any on can told me if a Pvt Ltd company in registrar in F-Y 15-16 dated on 17/02/2016 and company turn over only 3 lacs only Clint bill book and no any transaction in company bank account .so it is liable for return F-Y 15-16 or not and what is last due date of return that type company .

19 October 2016 A company is required to file its return of income for every year of its existence irrespective of income, turnover etc.

The return of this company was due by 17.10.2016. Belated return can be filed upto 31.03.2017. In case of loss, you will not be able to carry forward the same due to delay in the return.
