15 December 2011 Dear All
I filled a return of an individual showing nil income because there was no income in the year 2009-2010.
Now he want to apply for VISA and they require return should be filed for 2 previous years.
Is there any procedure to correct my mistake...
pls help..

15 December 2011 You can file belated return of 2010-11.

15 December 2011 you can file a revised return upto 31st march,2012 but in case you want to show some tax payable than be ready to pay interest @ 1% P.M.
