21 December 2009 when there is a lot of services( say in lakh ) provided in a month and we cannot individually track the payment received in relation to which service then what we should do

should we deposit the tax immediately on invoice raise without waiting for the payment ..

or we should wait

22 December 2009 For practical simplicity u can make payment of s. tax immidiately. but if u wait till u get payment u are not in default as liability to pay will arise after payment only
