a person having citizenship of usa bt resident in india and having pension income from both in india and foreign then in his indian income tax return usse foreign ke bhi pension dekhane padege

yes he has to include US pension in the Indian tax return. However, he is eligible for claiming credit for any federal tax that may have been paid on the same in US.
