13 October 2014 Is there any problem if i file the 4s return for ay 13-14 And my pan card is made in Ay 14-15?? is there any chances of scruitiny???

13 October 2014 well, while you cannot rule out scrutiny, you should be worried about penalty under section 272B

13 October 2014 No there is no problem you can get pan card in this oct. month and can file return of last 2 previous years
