Dear Expert,
our category of services is "CONSTRUCTION OF RES. COMPLEX" hence we are eligible for 75% abatement as per Notification No. 29/2010-ST.
But in the form of ST-3 (Return) July-Sep, 2012 we could not find the particular Notfcn No. 29/2010-St.
Then how can I put the Notification No.
Pls reply its urgent.

In 2012, deptt. has issued another notification 26/2012, you can use that notification number with serial no. 12 of residential complex construction service and claim abatement accordingly.
