13 September 2016 my income is more then 250000 but after deduction the amount of tax is nil . still i need to file return.

13 September 2016 Yes. Income tax return filing is mandatory, if Gross Total Income exceeds the threshold limit (which is Rs. 2,50,000 presently). Gross total income arrives after adding income from all sources like salary, rental, interest, business, capital gain... But before deductions under chapter VIA.

14 September 2016 Form 16 is a certificate, which contain information regarding salary, exemption, deduction, tax liability & tax paid. So, it would provide sufficient information to file your ITR - If you have only salary income - Thanks

14 September 2016 yes I have only salary income . and I want hand copy of form 16 that I filed then from where I will got it

14 September 2016 You can get Form 16 from your employer & after that you may file your ITR online with Income Tax Department. You may speak to us to get it filed. thanks
