26 February 2011 If an person joins a company at 60 years of age and leaves the company at 70 years of age. Is he entitled to gratuity payment ?

26 February 2011 yes. Only thing matters is that he should be in service for more than 5 years to be eligible for gratuity and be a regular employee of the company.
