Retail sales from factory

Dear Experts,
We are manufacturer of Luxuries chocolates, We have our own factory outlet from where we are selling our chocolates to various customer in retail.
This chocolates attracts excise as well sales tax also.what process should we have to follow

Excise duty will be applicable on this product. SSI exemption will be available to you upto 1.5cr turnover. No need to take registration and no need to pay excise duty upto this limit. For details you should consult with any professional.
