Dear Sirs,
What is the difference between Tax Invoice and Retail Invoices? When it is applicable?
Purchase under retail purchase invoice, Whether we are applicable to take VAT Credit,
When we can raise Retail invoice and Tax Invoice and to whom we can issue the both
Please explain

1. tax invoice is issue to registered dealer and retail invoice to unregistered dealer or interstate dealer
2. purchase in retail invoice cann't take ITC on it but some cases ITC available
3. as above, issue tax invoice to registered dealer and retail invoice to unregistered or interstate dealer

WHILE SELLING THE GOODS IN OUT OF STATE THEN RETAIL INVOCE WILL BE GENERATED. OK...

IN SORT, IF WE SELLS OUR GOODS IN OTHER STATE WE HAVE TO GENERATE RETAIL INVOICE WITH CST(EITHER FULL TAX OR 2% AGAINST FORM "c")
IF WE SELLS OUR GOODS WITHIN THE STATE TO REGISTER DEALER THEN WE CAN GENERATE TAX INVOICE WITH VAT 4% + 1%ADD.VAT,
IF WE SELLS OUR GOODS WITHIN THE STATE TO REGISTER DEALER THEN WE CAN GENERATE TAX INVOICE WITH VAT 4% + 1%ADD.VAT,

BUT WE ARE RECEIVING BILLS FROM MUMBAI (FROM A PVT. LTD. COM.) TO DELHI IN THE FORMAT OF TAX INVOICE, AND WE ARE ISSUING RETAIL INVOICE ARE SELLING GOODS TO OUTSIDE THE STATE, IS IT RIGHT

you are doing right things but one thing need to be cleared that tax invoice only can issue in above condition and dealers only..
