My results wasn't declared due to nt hvin completed 2 n half yr of article but thy accepted my exam form. actually I takn transfer nd during I got registered with a ca n later he surrendered his cop n informed meh aftr few months so aftr dt need to registered with another ca. whole process took 4 months n dt hw my 2 n half yr f article extended nw wt should I hv to do so thy declare my results

No option dear, u have to sit for another attempt.
U can try by writing an application to ICAI regarding ur issue, but as per me they will not listen n u have to re-write ur exam.
