01 June 2015 I applied in INC 1 with the name Spiral Auto Private Limited. I also used search facilities and found no one has same or similar names in the same business. However MCA asked me to resubmit the form with the remarks "sir,t.m. 1571581 12 'SPIRALE' renault S.A.S. 92100, BOULOGNE-BILLANCOURT, FRANCE Registered, Pl. seek clarification.Form should be resubmitted by 16/6/15 failing which the eform shall be treated as invalid and shall not be taken on records." Now what should be done? I fail to understand why clarification is required of the company registered in France? Pls guide what should be done here whether we should apply with new name in fresh INC 1 or how to seek clarification? Any other option is also most welcome. Thank you

01 June 2015 So it means we have to resubmit with new name right? How the form should be resubmitted? Should i fill new form or modify the same form?
