But the subscribers are asking for some more changes in the MOA .
Can we submit (attach) a fresh MOA while making the resubmission incorporating all these
1. Change in name clause
2. Change in Situation clause.
3. Change in capital clause.
4. Change in liability clause
alternatively u can change object clause...or subscriber clause
But Keeping the ASC same, we can change number of Shares and their Face value.
