Restriction on use of designation Director

01 December 2009 I would like to have a copy of the notification of Company Law which restricts the use of the designation Director for people who are not actually on the Board of the Company.

I have no idea about such notification. However there is no doubt about such restriction.

Only a person on the board can use the designation director.
