Restricted refund-Father's name in PAN & Husband's name in bank

After validation of the bank account number, restricted status continues. Saw your answer on this topic. Just now updated KYC in the SBI. The account holder name in the PAN & Bank are same.
In the bank husband's name is given. But in the PAN father's name is there. Is this a reason for restricted refund status. Please help to resolve this. Thanks in advance.

Yes, the initial G is before the name in PAN & after the name in the bank. Hope we can correct it in the bank it as per the PAN.

Checked with the bank. The name is same as that in the PAN with the initial before the name. Tried many times to revalidate. It is the same Refund Restricted with the message "Refund can be credited only up to due to name mismatch between Bank account and PAN. Please update the name in PAN or with bank. EVC can be enabled for this bank account." Do not know how to resolve this issue. Your assistance will be much appreciated. Thanks.

If the issue is with PAN then you can easily rectify online with Aadhar Details. If PAN is fine only Bank is wrongly updated then you may reach out to bank for the necessary corrections. The Income Tax Dept should bring UPI Refund option as well

Both Pan n Bank have the same name. Did the KYC also after this issue. As the refund is only 7000, hope it will be paid as the bank SBI account is validated n evc enabled but with restricted refund. Thanks for reply.
