Restoration of company u/s 560(6)

29 December 2010 a company was incorporated in 1992 and filed its return up to 1996. afterwards no filing was made by the company. company is having one land and also having unsecured land from directors as per 1996 balance sheet. ROC has struck off its name in feb 2007. u/s 560(6), there is one condition that if a member, company or creditor feels 'aggrieved' then they can file a petition. what we can take a plea for filing petition before high court.
please suggest me.

29 December 2010 yes in high court petition for restoration can be filed and then if high court pass the order for restoration then roc has to restore the name of the co.

30 December 2010 Plea may be Directors intends to activate the company to pursue its business under the main objects of the company.
