Dear Experts
Is there any responsibility of employer for the filing of the income tax returns of their employees working under them and getting salary from them Or its employee's responsibility to file his/her own return .

Primary responsibility rests with the employee either to file in IT department [section 139(1)] or file with the employer in certian cases { section 139(1A)}.

TDS return by the employer and regular return by the employee, I agree with the expert
