Sir/Mam,
Itr for AY 2014-15 has been declared invalid as per order u/s 139(9) .
Now, time limit for filing ITR is also expired .
What should I do now? what should be the response ?
Please reply.

If you agree with the reason given in section 139(9), you can file the return u/s 139(9) even after the expired time.

Remove the defect as intimated to you in the order u/s. 139 (9) and file the return
