Dear sir,
One of the my client received a notic u/s 139(9) dated February 18th 2015 contains error number 61(f.y 2013-14). He has given the notice to me today(7th july). My doubt is can we file the return in june 2015.
And tell me the interest also.
Please clarify the doubt sir. Tax audit also applicable to him.

no. you cannot file it now. please check the status of the return online. Normally, it should show as rejected. so fresh filing would be required.
