Is it necessary in Board meeting held to pass the following resolutions every year regarding : 1)Approval of assets bought and sold during the year 2)Approval to directors Report 3)Approval of Accounts 4)Date of fixing the Annual General meeting
or Minutes can be prepared of every year without including these resolutions?
