23 January 2020 Certified copy of an extract from the minutes of meeting of the Board of Trustees
convened on the 20th day of MAY 2016.

“RESOLVED THAT a current account for the Trust be opened with INDIAN
OVERSEAS BANK, ERNAKULAM BRANCH, XL/8892, THEKKEKARA MANSIONS,
M.G.ROAD , COCHIN-682305 and that the said bank be hereby authorized to
honour cheques, bills of exchange and promissory notes drawn, accepted or
made on behalf of the Trust by Mr. N (Managing Trustee) jointly with Ms. V
(Trustee), and to act on any instruction so given relating to the account, whether
the same be overdrawn or not, or relating to, the transactions of the Trust”.
