My query is that a private ltd company if taking loan on hypothecation of C.A,stock.etc or on fixed asset or any other loan then which resolution it has to pass for taking loan or renewal of loan? Can any one give me format of it?

Well i do not have the format. But this resolution is required to be passed in the board meeting under section 292(1)(c).
