Resolution for Diminishing in value of Investment

One of our client has made a provision for diminishing in value of investment made in equity shares of a private company. For that we need to provide a board resolution for providing provision in the accounts. So can anybody send me the format of board resolution for diminishing in value of investment to mail id ravindra.ba@gmail.com
