I wanted to know Whether i have to pass a resolution (ROC) if any change in EMPLOYEES REMUNERATION / SLAB.

generally its managerial decision and not required but if there is clause in Article of association then board resolution required
BUt in general practics the co. gives authority of such decision to managers
and in govt co procedure may differ(e.g sixth pay rule)
