Hi friends, This is akshat vithalani from ahmedabad.

I have cleared my ca exams in january 2009... i m doing my articleship from Manoj Fenil & Associates. I have experiance of internal audit and tax audit I also have done audit of listed companies. My favourite subjects are Audit and Tax. I am here to keep updated my self.

Sir We have export sale as Rs.100. But we received Rs.90 because of Dollar rate variation . How will we adjust the balance amount ? whether credit on sale or adjust into P& L account

hi, my query is, if a father gives a cash gift to his son around Rs.500000 in part like 10,000, 20,000 and like that, whether the provision of sec 60 to 64 of clubbing apply in this situation. son invested this money in stock exchange and he has no other source of incoem whether his capital gain clubbed in his father's income? hve a grt day,...........
