Please provide draft Resolution for authorised sinatory other than primary authorided signatory for GST portal .
We want to have two authorised sinatories -one primary authorided signatory and another authorised signarory for GST portal .Thanka.

Due to routine works in the matter of GST and its related work, The board need to authorized any of director. for overcoming this issue, The board has decided and pass the following resolution:
"Resolved that Mr. A, be and is hereby authorised to sign, e-sign, file, e-file, execute, present, appeal, defend and conduct in any way for the interest and on behalf of the company in the matter of GST and its related work.
resolved further that Mr. A is hereby delegated full powers to institute, defend, compromise, arrangements, compound any suit, appeal, review, petition or in any kind of proceedings in the matter of GST and its related work by or against the company in any court and/or judicial or quasi-judicial authorities to enforce any judgement, execute any decree or order of any judicial or quasi-judicial authorities for and on behalf of the company."
