I am working as an articled student in an audit firm. My name is Kiran latha.
I need a resolution for appointing a director in a company as regular director by passing EGM by the board of directors.

07 January 2012 “Resolved that pursuant to section 257 and other applicable provisions if any, of the Companies Act, 1956 Shri __________ who has been appointed as additional directors of the company w.e.f. __/__/__ U/s 260 of the Act be and are hereby appointed as directors of the company.”
