Resignisation of Directorship

25 February 2010 In a LTD Co (Not Listed) One of director was resigned in 2007 but company failed to file Form 32 with ROC. In meantime all the relevant returns were filed with digital signature of same director.The company filed Form 32 in Dec 2009 (within time) with resignation letter of Nov 2009 of this director.
Is it possible for the company to file resignation of the same director in 2007 & to file revised all the annual returns & all other returns of 2007,2008 & 2009? Is their any way to regularised this from the year 2007?

26 February 2010 Well i do not think there is any way out particularly when you have filed form 32 for resignation with signed resignation letter.

However views of other experts solicited.
