09 November 2013 I am working with corporate firm. they asked me to sign an agreement of 3 years and one bond paper of 100 rupees.I had signed . After They sent me to Kolkata Now I am working here but here no timing 5.30 am i have to come everyday and not getting food the whole day .Now my health is getting worsen every day. Plz suggest me i want to leave this job. But they are threatening me showing me agreement and bond paper ( Asked me to sign on blank bond paper) What to do now. I belongs to a poor family

09 November 2013 I have two advised for you :

1) To be with this job, and as far as concerned about your health, it can be managed, you just need to keep some food item in your baggage. However, it is not possible that they don't give you food in the whole day or you didn't get chance to eat..

2) At the time of signing bond, has they specified any compensation of breaching this bond within three year, if yes, then there is a problem. However, if there is no such condition then there is no issue, you can leave the job at any time with out any legal issue. Further, if the company is harrasing you then you can file an FIR to police station but before to so send an email stating that you are not fine with this job as full detailed was not given about food and all.In this case, you will be free of any legal issue..
