See i am in a big soup.. and i need a help so please gimme explanation for the query mentioned below:

I am in my third year of articleship.. instead my articles are getting over by march 2014. My principal has resigned from the firm back in December 2013.

What do i do now?
I aint getting ne information about such thing.. I have asked earlier the same question.. but somehow i aint getting the exact solution!

Which form do i have to file?
When do i have to file?
Can i get registered under my principal in his new firm?
Or do i need to get transfer to another partner in my Original firm?

ICAI ppl are not picking up call also!!

1st of all you will be required to get transfer your articles to another partner in your firm.

31 January 2014 My firm has 8 partners...
But it has been 1 n a half month now.. and abi if i do is that fine???
