Resignation of partner from LLP

If a partner resigned from CA firm (LLP) , do he / firm ( remaining partners )have to inform ICAI about this ? If yes , how except filing form 3&4 LLP ?

Any subsequent change in the particulars of the firm shall be intimated by submitting Form 18 duly signed within 30 days from the date of such change.

Such LLp have to file e-form LLP-3 and LLP-4 with ROC within 30 days
