Resignation of partner from LLP

Quick Summary

When a partner resigns from a Chartered Accountant LLP, both the resigning partner and the firm must inform the relevant authorities. Beyond filing forms 3 & 4 with the LLP, the firm needs to submit e-form LLP-3 and LLP-4 to the ROC within 30 days. Any subsequent changes to the firm's details also require filing Form 18 with the ROC within 30 days of the change.

28 June 2021 If a partner resigned from CA firm (LLP) , do he / firm ( remaining partners )have to inform ICAI about this ? If yes , how except filing form 3&4 LLP ?

29 June 2021 Any subsequent change in the particulars of the firm shall be intimated by submitting Form 18 duly signed within 30 days from the date of such change.
