Do we need to file Form DIR-11 of Deceased Director after filing Form DIR-12?

in my opinion , no due to this form for resignation of the director not for the vacancy of director.

No.. Form DIR-11 is to be filed only by a Director who has given resignation. Death does not fall under resignation.

As per new Companies Act, 2013, Form DIR-12 is to be filed in case of resignation, cessation, or death of director. After filing DIR – 12 you must need to file DIR-11 to intimate ROC for resignation from a particular company. But Death doesn't fall under resignation so you needn't file DIR-11.
