13 January 2012 For a Private Limited Company in India, whoes Major Share Holders are in ABU Dhabi, is it advisable to Have one director situated in Abu Dhabi and another Director situated in India

And Can the Director who is Resigning, sign the board resolution removing him and replacing some one as a Director

16 January 2012 For board meeting, presence of directors in india is necessary. Since your shareholders are out of india, you can conduct BM in India.
